About Torget Vandrarhem

About us
The house is from the end of the 19th century, extended during the 1930s and has since been renovated in stages. In our entrance hall we have put together some pictures about the exciting history of the house. It has been a retail store, a shoe factory, a music store and, since 2008, a hostel.
In 2021, the property and business were sold to a family business and since then it is Karin who is responsible for Torget Vandrarhem with the invaluable help of an employee.
The hostel currently has about 30 rooms of various sizes. The main building consists of three floors (NOTE! No elevator!) with about 5-10 rooms on each floor. There is a shared kitchen and a shared shower and toilet on each floor. Free parking (max 24 hours) is available across the street and in our courtyard we offer bicycle / motorcycle parking with camera surveillance.
Behind the house we have a large, lush garden where you have access to outdoor furniture and barbecue during the summer months.
You can also book our laundry room completely free of charge.
