Early/late check-in or check-out is of course possible at an extra cost (see Information for guests) and you must contact us before arrival/departure. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you can’t find the room type you’re looking for! We’ll even match the price if you happen to find our rooms cheaper on other booking sites! If you need to cancel your trip, we want your cancellation no later than 6.00 p.m. the day before the day of arrival. In case of late cancellation (after 18:00 the day before arrival) or no-show no refund refund of the amount paid.

Discounted booking is non-refundable in case of cancellation. If you want to be able to cancel, regular prices apply. For larger group bookings (up to 10 people), we need to have the booking and payment at least one week before arrival. If you are more than 10 people, we need to have your booking and payment at least two weeks before arrival. Group bookings are non-refundable after payment has been made.
