The reception is open Monday – Friday between 4.00 p.m – 6.00 p.m. All other times and weekends only as agreed. It is of course possible to check in after 6 p.m. simply when it suits you! Please contact us by email or phone with an approximate arrival time and you will receive more information about check-in 18.00.
Check-out on the day of departure no later than 10.00.
If you need to cancel your trip, we want your cancellation no later than 6.00 p.m. the day before the day of arrival.
In case of late cancellation or so-called “No show”, we have the right to charge you for one night’s accommodation according to general hotel booking rules.
For larger group bookings (up to 10 people) we must have cancellation and payment at least one week before arrival.
If you are more than 10 people, we must have cancellation and payment at least two weeks before arrival.
Write in the box for Message which size of room is desired and for how many people the booking applies.
